After complaints flooded the forums, ChaCha cut the requirement to questions per week, or about six work hours. Bostic takes growing pains like these in stride as the president of a company that answers 10 million questions per month.

Some of the questions are very difficult and sometimes you would think there is more than one answer to the question.
