The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was not informed about any of the services when I first arrived. Not a friendly welcome. Bathroom was a good size, shower had great pressure and hot water. The staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. The sushi restaurant in the hotel was terrific; we ordered take out. The park is across the street. No, the all drop is in Times Square, we are one avenue away however due to the sky scrapers it will not be visible from our rooms. Also, Bryant Park is across the street from the hotel, and they do a bunch of cool little concerts and stuff in that park, and they keep it clean and there is a solid brunch place in there and a Grill. Oh, yeah, and the elevators at the hotel are some weird cross between a coffin and a bad 70's porno shoot. It's really dark and there may be velvet on the walls, but it's too dark to tell. If you're in there with another person, it's a little tight.

A person or two with luggage? Really tight. That's a hard one to fix, though. You'd be out of commission the entire time because it's the only way up. Maybe just brighten it a little bit.
