This white mark will be perfectly round if the egg is fertile called a blastoderm. If the egg is not fertile the white mark will not be perfectly round and may be smaller called a blastodisc. If you find a reasonable proportion of fertile eggs you have a chance of actually hatching one. The freshness of the eggs will be important.
